Paul is zealous about advancing the lives of smallholder farmers in various techniques by supporting and promoting agribusinesses at the community level. As the Technical Manager of the organization, he oversees the planning, co-ordination, management, and growth of the agricultural ventures. He ensures day to – day operations and activities of all staff at the farm.
