Our Model

The organization is to transform small scale farm owners of land available into useful generative land through above agricultural incentives. The Non – Profit Governmental organization is aimed to hold Monthly/Quarterly teaching theory sessions in open classes where its members learn from qualified personnel in different fields. Members will choose from sessions thought theoretically what is of interest to them to carry and specialize at their own land or shambas. This is the core subject of Garelec to change and transform community live hood, socially, economically and health-wise. Many sessions will be aired on screen using Public address system to bring attention to everyone in attendance. To attract many members as possible, the theory sessions are offered on mobile basis from one location to another on arranged manner and sequence. Practical activities are later arranged on sizeable number of members (groups) to be shown one on one with the experienced field officers on a twelve acre land sub-divided to sectors of learning ventures.
